#Eckogram - "Tenth"

Hey Folks, it is time again for another entry in our beloved "photo diary" series. This is the "10th" one, so that is a little bit of a "humble" milestone, do you agree?

Anyhow, let us get the ball rolling, shall we?

Author's note: Still, as part of the delay that was mentioned on the last entry,  some of the pictures in this and the succeeding entries will be a mixture of pictures from the past month or two, a sort of "catching up" process. As always,  they are worth your time. Thank you.

Eckogram Entry 10:

1. A 90s kind of Christmas Ball - During our recent Family Christmas Celebration (Father's Side), one thing that caught my attention was this rotating "Disco Ball Lamp." It has been ages since I last saw one. It obviously gave our celebration that "90s kind of feel."

2. Christmas (really) is for Kids - Back when I was a kid, nothing beats the feeling of waking up late from the Christmas Celebration and checking how many presents you received the night before. Here is my daughter showing her "haul."

3. In-Between - It has been a tradition in our home - especially during the holidays - that we play a certain card game. This card game is called "In-Between." Compared to other card games, this game is just simple. The dealer deals you two cards and you choose to pass or play. If you play, you are betting that the value of the third card that the dealer will deal you is "in between" your two previous cards or else, you lose your bet. This time around, we played it with a bottle of Jack Daniels in the middle to serve a purpose:  Pampalakas ng Loob sa pag-Taya.

4. She Stays - After a lot of speculation that Clara Oswald (Portrayed by Jenna Coleman) will leave Doctor Who after the Christmas Special, it was a sigh of relief that it was the other way around. Clara will stay for at least until the end of Series 9 and is set to be the longest-serving companion of the "Nu Who" era. I gotta say that I almost had a heart attack at that nifty "What If" scenario near the ending of the Christmas Special though.

5. Rocking Chair - Whenever my daughter sees one of those "rocking chairs" that are set up in malls for the benefit of the elderly, she will always have a go and sit in one of those. I do not know what is there with rocking chairs, but she seems to enjoy it, LoL!

6. Ohana - A few years back, whenever the whole family goes out, usually there was just the "four" of us (My Father, Mother, little Sis, and Me) since we are a small family. Fast forward to today, it was really nice to see that our family is growing a little bit. Now we have my little sis' BF and my wife and kid to bolster our numbers. - The family is growing...a little!

7. Allie Dared to Dream - Since our little princess is a little bit older now at 3 years old, me and wife agreed that we try to let her watch one of the longest-running annual Holiday show in our country - Disney on Ice. We arrived early at the Big Dome, so here she is having a snap before the show starts.

8. Encore - The Disney on Ice Show was a blast. Not only did Allie enjoyed it, me and my wife enjoyed the show too, especially the "Tangled/Rapunzel" feature. I am sure that we will be watching again next year. We do hope that next year, they feature "Frozen" on their line up.

9. All Smiles? Not Me - Allison's Aunts and Cousins are also with us when we watched the Disney On Ice: Dare to Dream show at the Big Dome. It seems that the grown ups enjoyed it too. Now, if only that Balloon (that Allie is holding) was not priced at a whopping 200 bucks, I guess I will be smiling too. Merchandise was overpriced at the venue. That was my only quip. Oh well, Business Tactics.

That concludes another "catch-up" Eckogram Photo Diary entry.  Thanks for dropping by and again, watch out for the next post on this series.

Until next time,

Ciao!

As always, Eckogram-related posts will simultaneously be published in my Phlog HERE. It will be greatly appreciated if you can check it out too.
