Happy Palindrome Week! (...and a Half)

(This Image is from Mashable.com)
Back when I was in elementary school, my Math teacher discussed about "Palindromes" as an ice breaker after an ordeal of hard-level problem solving and since then, I was fascinated by this.

For the uninitiated, Palindromes are words, phrases, numbers, or other sequence of characters which reads the same either backward or forward. An example of this is the word "Taco Cat" if you read it backwards, it will still read as "Taco Cat."

Since we are at the subject of Palindromes, it is amusing to note that every day from May 10, 2015 until May 19, 2015, when those dates are read on the U.S. style of month/day/year (m/dd/yy), all of those dates will be palindromes!

Here is a list of those dates (see for yourself)

5/10/15
5/11/15
5/12/15
5/13/15
5/14/15
5/15/15
5/16/15
5/17/15
5/18/15
5/19/15

Now, isn't that "Cool?" Yes it is, because "Palindromes are Cool." (done that last phrase with an Eleventh Doctor-ish swag, LoL!)

You can celebrate those days by buying a "CIVIC", gaining a "LEVEL" in your game, or even going extreme by doing the "KAYAK!"

It is also a thing to note that next year in June, you can look forward to another palindrome week (and a half) when the calendar hits 6/10/16...YEHEY! (another palindrome, LOL!)

Until next palindrome...err, I mean time,

Ciao!
